Mission Statement
The mission of Randall Millennium
Homes is to provide affordable, attractive, and
comfortable zero energy homes to our customers.
Company Story
Randall Millennium Homes is the vehicle chosen by
founder, Robert J. Randall, P.E., to increase public awareness
of the many ways in which the performance of residential design
and construction can be improved.
While working forty years in
building construction and design, Mr. Randall came to believe
that the basic approach to residential construction in the USA
was shortsighted. Based on a heartfelt belief that resource
depletion, pollution, and global warming pose a critical threat
to the Earth and its inhabitants, Mr. Randall decided to
reexamine the process and to try to consider home design
holistically.
The
Randall Millennium Homes
design incorporate extremely high-performance thermal
insulation components in the building shell to reduce winter
heat loss and summer heat gain to very low levels. Windows are
selected for very high performance and aided by movable
insulation and shading features to further enhance envelope
performance. Randall Millennium Homes
offers homes designed to integrate and optimize the
performance of all components to produce an ultra-efficient
habitat for its occupants, designed for minimal to zero
dependence on non-renewable energy sources.
Philosophy
Randall Millennium Homes
was founded on, and rigidly embraces the following philosophical
principles:

These
principles are translated into an uncompromising commitment to
quality in design, manufacture, installation, and customer
service.
Other Information
Randall Millennium Homes
are exclusively designed by the Founder/Owner, Robert J.
Randall, P.E., a 1969 graduate of MIT, and member of the Timber
Framers Guild, Structural Engineers Association of New York, the
Northeast Sustainable Energy Association, and the American Solar
Energy Society.
Randall
Millennium Homes, LLC,
is organized under section 203 of the of the Limited Liability
Company Law of the State of New York, wholly owned by organizer
and sole member Robert J. Randall, P.E.
