less costly than much of the conventionally built housing on the

Rapid construction. From
start to finish, it takes only two to three months to build our
homes. The use of factory built components is key. We
essentially bring a kit, with premanufactured and dimensionally
precise components for foundation, hollow core floor deck,
timber frame, and SIP skin. These components can be installed
complete within three weeks of excavation. The unique way in
which plumbing and electrical services are installed allows
interior finishing to progress rapidly as well. All this
translates to early completion. Your accountant will be quick to
point out how much money this can save in financing costs as
compared to conventional construction projects frequently
lasting a year or more. |

Energy cost savings. Our
100% solar heated homes will be forever free from heating bills.
The heat comes from the sun and is always absolutely free. The
electricity generated by our photovoltaic panels will result in
actually getting income from the electric company rather than
paying an electric bill. As rates rise, the magnitude of this
